OEM Pin-Pattern Fit
Twin-pin, side-lock, and hammerless adapters mapped to 18–90 t excavator classes with measured pin Ø and ear width.
Every ESCO wear SKU ships with measurable fitment and metallurgy data — not vague “heavy duty” labels.
Twin-pin, side-lock, and hammerless adapters mapped to 18–90 t excavator classes with measured pin Ø and ear width.
Through-hardened or capped tip faces verified on Rockwell benches before crate seal — abrasive limestone and basalt ready.
Double-bevel and single-bevel edges listed with thickness, bolt pattern, and ground pressure guidance for dozer / loader blades.
Track shoes, idlers, sprockets, and carrier rollers staged for 8,000 h undercarriage rebuild windows on crawler fleets.
Heat numbers and lot cards travel with every crate; CE Machinery Directive alignment for European site deliveries.
Stocked hubs cover high-velocity cutting edges and bucket teeth SKUs so downtime fleets avoid air-freight panic buys.
Compact cards for the parts counter — tip name, carrier class, and one-click inquiry.

| Undercarriage Companion Parts | |
| Track shoe width | 500 / 600 / 700 mm triple-grouser |
| Rebuild window | Target 8,000 h crawler hour cycle |
| Ground pressure note | Match shoe width to soft-ground kPa target |
| Operating weight band | Confirm against carrier plate before crate seal |
| Fitment limit | No ship without serial / pin-pattern confirmation |
Hardness chase above ~52 HRC tip face can cut abrasive wear on high-silica quarry feed but raises fracture risk when breakout force spikes — fleets that dig laminated rock usually keep capped faces with tougher cores. Undercarriage shoe width must follow measured ground pressure (kPa); wider shoes are not a free upgrade on every crawler class.
Include carrier class, abrasive duty, and tip life target. ESCO returns Ex-Works lead time and hardness grade options without a sales script.
